This page lists the version history for ScoreKeeper starting with the 2004 version (2004.003). The 2004 version was originally version 1.0 of ScoreKeeper for Windows but it is here numbered according the season year for consistency with later versions. Version 2004.016 (4/08/2004)
Problems Corrected
- Assigning Rotation Order
- Attempting to assign teams to a rotation in session 2 overwrote the team for the same rotation in session 1 and left the session 2 rotation unassigned.
- Rotation Numbers
- Rotation numbers for session 2 of a multi-session meet were incorrect.
- NCAA Score Sheet Report
- In multi-session meets, printing score sheets for one session included individuals for all sessions.
- Judge Score Slips
- The report would not correctly print slips for more than 4 judges per event.
- Line Judge Slips
- The team name for individual gymnasts was showing the team they rotate with rather than their actual team.
- Slips for a multi-session meet were showing the wrong session number.
- Rotation Sheets
- For the Individual Event Finals meet, the report title was printing incorrectly.
- Score Entry
- Program would incorrectly select the next vaulter if two vaults were being performed and the first competitor only completed their first vault.
- When a gymnast's scores were deleted, the program did not clear the judge scores displayed.
- Team Details Meet Results Report
- Report did not include individual gymnasts.
- Women's Individual Event Finals Score Sheet
- An error prevented the report from running.
- Scoreboard
- The scoreboard would not display results for Individual meets if the scoreboard definition was set to "Current or Last Event."
- Meet Web Page
- Sometimes the wrong team was listed as the host.
- The program was not remembering the setting whether to enable automatic web page generation as scores are entered.
- The links in the team details to the All Around results did not work.
- Event results were being separated into a separate table for each team.
- Individual gymnasts were not being included in individual event and all-around results.
- Daktronics ITF File
- If the .itf file extension was not directly entered or selected, the file did not have the proper filename extension.
- Event Paper Colors
- When editing an event to set the paper color for Judge Score Slips, the color was not being displayed.
Changes and New Features
- Adding a New Meet
- When adding a new meet, you can now add a new season if the current season is not listed.
- Score Entry
- Score entry screen score buttons were repositioned to make score entry easier.
- When only the first of two vaults have been completed, the program now shows a yellow check mark next to the gymnast.
- Meet Web Page
- Web page can now be set to include on the results from a single session of a multi-session meet.
- Meet Results Report Menu
- The menus now show the name of the selected primary and, optionally, the secondary official score sheet report rather than "Primary Score Sheet" and "Secondary Score Sheet."

Problems Corrected
- Men's and Women's NCAA Score Sheet
- The right side of page(s) for individual all-arounders and event specialists was duplicating data on the left side in slots that should be blank.
- Women's NCAA Score Sheet
- The page(s) for individual all-arounders and event specialists did not show their actual team name. The team name is now printed below the gymnast name on vault.

Problems Corrected
- NCAA Score Sheet Report
- The page(s) for individual all-arounders and event specialists was not showing all of the individuals. It was duplicating one gymnast and scores in all slots for each event.

Problems Corrected
- NCAA Score Sheet
- The judge ratings for uneven bars were cutting off the last character.
- Judge Score Slips
- The team name for individual gymnasts was showing the team they rotate with rather than their actual team.
- Team Standing and Team Detail Reports
- When individuals were included in the meet, these reports showed the non-competing teams.
- Secondary Score Sheet Report
- The program would not print the secondary score sheet report. It would print the primary score sheet report from both menu selections.

Problems Corrected
- Team Standing Report
- Ties in team scores were not detected.
- Rotation Sheets Report
- Report would sometimes not print the beam team, instead printing the floor team twice.
Changes and New Features
- Meet Web Page
- Changed to list the home team results at the top, before the visitng team results.
Version 2004.011 (2/27/2004)
Problems Corrected
- NCAA Score Sheet
- The all around section sometimes listed gymnasts where were not all-arounders.
- When printing a score sheet for an away meet, your home team rather than the meet home team was printed in the Home Team side of the form.
- The men's score sheet event and running score for high bar printed "Vault."
- The event scores for all-arounders were shown for the correct gymnast but for the wrong events.
- All-Around Results Report
- For men's competitions, the bars scores were blank.
- Scoreboard
- When definition was set to include All Events, the event name and event score were not being sent after the first event.
Changes and New Features
- Regional Results Reporting Form
- A new official score sheet report was added for reporting the results of regional championships.
- Secondary Score Sheet
- A new output option was added to meets and meet templates for a secondary official score sheet.

Problems Corrected
- Entering Scores
- Program would crash after entering a couple of scores when the scoreboard was active and there were individual competitors in the meet.
- Assigning Rotation Order
- Program did not correctly assign teams to rotations for dual away meets.
- NCAA Score Sheet Report
- The meet date was showing the date the report was printed rather than the actual meet date.
- Scoreboard Display
- Results were not displaying correctly.

- Meet List
- Added a column to show if the meet is a Home or Away meet.
- Adding Teams
- A new button on the teams list lets you copy a team from a previous meet.
- NCAA Score Sheet
- The print time is no longer printed if the report is printed after the date of the meet.
Version 2004.009 (2/13/2004)
Problems Corrected
- Home Team
- The program would not allow a record team score above 99.99999.
- Attempting to set home team event records would only change floor exercise.
- Meet Home Team
- Sometimes the meet home team would be set for the wrong team.
- Entering Gymnasts
- Entering individual all-arounders or event specialists sometimes caused the team name, short name, and coach name to disappear.
- When entering team competitors in a meet with individual all-arounders or event specialists, sometimes they would be entered as an individual rather than as a team competitor.
- Scoreboard Layout Report
- Report was printing all events for each team even if the scoreboard definition was set to show only the current (or last) event.
- Team Neutral Deductions
- An error occurred when attempting to enter a team neutral deduction preventing entering the deduction.
- Meet Results Web Pages
- Web pages did not include All Around results.
Changes and New Features
- Assigning Rotation Order
- Assigning teams to events in rotation order was made easier.
- Meet Templates
- Added instructions for some of the templates.
Version 2004.008 (2/05/2004)
Problems Corrected
- Scorboard Live Data
- Fixed problems with showing more than two teams.
- Fixed problems displaying non-team individuals.
- Scoreboard Final Results
- Results listed competitors placing lower (with a greater place number) than the scoreboard definition setting.
- Adding a Meet
- Fixed the problem where a blank instructions screen was displayed.
- Entering Scores
- If an event was selected for which no team exists in the rotation, the judge score fields were available and the program allowed entering a score to no gymnast.
- When changing lineup from the score entry screen, the cursor didn't stay with the moving gymnast when moving a gymnast down.
- When changing lineup from the score entry screen, moving a gymnast down to just below the number of allowed competitors didn't change their status from competitor to either non-competing or exhibition.
Changes and New Features
- Scoreboard Live Data
- Teams will now be displayed with the home team first followed by the other teams in order by short team name.
- Scoreboard Definitions
- Added separate scoreboard header and footer for scoreboard final results.
- Assigning Rotation Order
- The program will now automatically fill in the order for dual meets.
- The program will now complete the rotation assignments after completing the first rotation for meets where there are the same or fewer teams as rotations.
Version 2004.007 (1/28/2004)
Problems Corrected
- NCAA ScoreSheet
- Judge ratings on the right side of the report were sometimes incorrect.
- Team totals might have been inaccurate in the last decimal place when four or more judge scores were used to calculate scores.
- Scoreboard Final Results
- Team and event place numbers were missing.
- Meet Results Web Page
- Team and event place numbers were missing or zero.
- The web page title indicated Women's Gymnastics Meet Results, even for a men's meet.

- Meet Results Web Page
- The automatic web page refresh is now optional. The setting is on the Web Pages tab on the Program Preferences screen. Refresh may only be included on a web page when generating HTML header information.
- You can now use replaceable tokens for meet date elements as part of the file name.
Version 2004.006 (1/23/2004)
Problems Corrected
- Scoreboard Final Results
- Attempting to send final results to the scoreboard would still crash the program.
Changes and New Features
- Scoreboard Output File
- Moved the field for the scoreboard file name from the scoreboard definitions to the Program Options.
- User Manual
- A partially completed user manual is now included and available from the program's Help menu.
Version 2004.005 (1/22/2004)
Problems Corrected
- Home Team Records
- The home team records set during a meet were not displaying properly.
- Home Team
- It was not possible to enter initial home team event total record scores.
- The button to delete a gymnast from the home team was not available.
- Scoreboard Final Results
- Attempting to send final results to the scoreboard would crash the program.
- Test Mode
- If scores were entered in test mode, stopping test mode not only deleted the scores but also the lineups.
Version 2004.004 (1/19/2004)
Problems Corrected
- Entering Scores
- Program would crash when trying to enter scores if no teams had been assigned to rotations.
- Scoreboard
- The scoreboard would only show the results from rotation 1.
- Score entry would only update the scoreboard once then the score entry window would have to be closed and reopened to display another change.
- NCAA Score Sheet
- Running scores on the last two events would print as ##.### rather than the actual score.
Changes and New Features
- Entering Lineups
- Entering a team's event lineups was made easier by making the cursor stay on the last gymnast added.
- Event Results Report
- The report was made more flexible by allowing the selection of multiple events to print.

- Some scores that were entered would disappear.
- The program would crash after entering several scores in succession.
- NCAA Score Sheet
- The NCAA Score Sheet would not correctly print the running scores.

- The All Round meet results report would not print.

- The Judge Information report would not print the judges who were entered.
- Setting up a Meet
- The Automatic gymnast numbering setting of the meet template was not copied to the meet.
- Home Team Gymnasts
- Home team gymnast numbers were not copied to the meet home team.
- Home team gymnasts were not showing their record score on all around.
Changes and New Features
- NCAA Score Sheet
- You can now prevent printing gymnast numbers on the NCAA score sheet. This is controlled on the Output tab of the meet settings.
- Meet Web Pages
- You can now include a PageFoot.htm at the bottom of generated web pages. This is in addition to:
- HTMLStart.htm (Inserted at the beginning of the file, immediately
after the <html> tag)
- HTMLHead1.htm (Inserted near the beginning of the file,
immediately after the <head> tag)
- HTMLHead2.htm (Inserted near the beginning of the file
after ScoreKeeper's <title> and <meta> tags)
